Danny Nichols has had an extensive athletic career. When his goals for the NFL didn't work out as planned, he began participating in a variety of different sports including body building, Olympic Weightlifting, Crossfit and even trying out for the WWE.
Danny Most notable as a GRID competition Champion and MVP and as a formidable CrossFit Games competitor coming in 18th in his bracket within the U.S. in 2018. Within the sport Danny, holds the record for the thruster at 325 pounds.
Since discovering CrossFit he has been coaching athletes as well as general fitness clients. It's been an incredible journey that's brought Danny to Central Wisconsin, and he brings world-class training to clients here.

When a knee injury sidelined Jared Boyle's college basketball hopes, the weight room became his new home. It didn’t take long for him to realize coaching others in their health and fitness was where he belonged. Since graduating with his kinesiology degree, he has competed in and taken 1st in a men’s physique
competition, and two 2nd place finishes in the classic physique class. He has helped three women win their
pro – cards in both bikini and fitness categories, and he's worked with multiple collegiate athletes. However he mostly
focuses on helping business professionals manage stress, time, and getting back to where they once were. His passion is to help others reach their full potential mentally and physically.

Chris is a personal trainer working with clients most weekday mornings at the LIFT Central location. Chris has personally competed in multiple 5ks and weight lifting events. He placed in the top 1% of Tough Mudder Minnesota as well. Chris advocates a combination of weight training, cardio conditioning, and a healthy diet, to help achieve their goals.
"When I look at exercise and fitness, I don’t see it as something I have to do but as a part of my life. That being said, the only way I believe a person will see results is through proper diet and hard work. There is no way around that. This is how I go about training my clients, my class, and myself. Heather is a certified personal trainer with 15 years of experience. She's a certified group fitness instructor, who has worked in many gyms with all ages and fitness levels over the course of the last decade. She has also done in-home personal training for 11 years, and has experience with clients facing physical disabilities as well.
Heather has been a strength and conditioning coach/trainer for high school hockey athletes for 6 years.

Ashley has perservered through a number of personal struggles in her life including death of a parent at an early age, obesity and depression, very low self esteem, S.A.D. and postpartum. She understands and connects with the underlying emotional barriers we often face when it comes to our health.
She struggled herself, but lost 60 lbs and I fell in love with what health and fitness did for her. It has since become her passion to help others find their light!
