At Lift Gym, our memberships start at just $39.95 per month with no contracts. Additionally, there is an initial monthly payment, an annual membership fee of $29.95, and a key fob activation fee of $29.95 to get started. At Lift Gym you must be 18 years old older to signup for a membership. We welcome those under the age of 18 to signup for a membership which requires a parent/guardian to cosign the membership.

Members may bring a guest or visitor with prior approval from Lift Gym. Unauthorized guests or visitors may result in an unauthorized guest fee being assessed to the members account. This is due to safety and liability reasons. Please contact us to obtain guest authorization.

Yes, you're welcome to bring your kids to the gym! For their safety, we ask that they remain in the front seating area while you enjoy your workout. We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience at Lift Gym!

To cancel your membership, simply log in to your account online and submit a cancellation request. Please note that we require a 30-day notice to ensure you are not charged prior to the next renewal date. We're here to make the process as smooth as possible for you!
