How do I upgrade my membership?
Just give us a call or stop in during staffed hours and we can upgrade your membership on the spot.
How much does it cost to join?
At LIFT we have no enrollment fees! Our memberships start as low as $29.95 with add-on features such as classes to fit your needs.
Can I downgrade my membership?
Members that have a month-to-month membership can change their membership to upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Is there crossfit or olympic style lifting equipment at the gyms?
Yes, we offer a wide variety of equipment that can satisfy these needs.
Do you allow guests or visitors?
Yes we do. Please call ahead for pre-approval.
Can I bring my kids to the gym?
Kids are welcome to accompany parents. We do ask that they stay in the seating area at the front of our gyms to remain supervised.
How old do I need to be to sign up for a membership?
Anyone under the age of 18 needs an adult to co-sign on their membership.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please stop in during staffed hours to cancel your membership. There is accompanying paperwork that we ask you to sign.
Classes & Personal Training
Where can I find the schedule of classes offered?
Classes are temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19. They will return at a later date.
How much does a personal training session or group training session cost?
Each personal trainer at our gym independently contracts with their clients, so the pricing varies by trainer and fitness schedule. Visit Our Team to view some of our preferred trainers.
Facilities and Key Fob
I lost my fob! What should I do?
Give us a call or stop in during staffed hours to purchase a replacement for the amount of $19.95.
Can I get into the gym without my key fob?
If you do not have your key fob during staffed hours the staff can check you in. Entry is not permitted without a fob during unstaffed hours.
My fob isn't working, what should I do?
Call us and we can arrange to have it recalibrated or replaced at no expense.
Are there showers and lockers at the gym?
Yes, there are locker rooms and personal changing areas with showers at all of our locations.
Do you have wifi?
Yes, we have free WiFi for all our members.
How and when do you accept payment for membership?
We accept credit, debit, and bank drafts as payment. Your selected membership fee will be deducted automatically on the first of the month.
How do I update my payment information?
Just call us or stop in during staffed hours.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Oops! It happens. Our staff will call to assist you with bringing your account up to date.
