Gym Amenities

LIFT North has four separate areas to accommodate racks, cardio equipment, classes, and even more lifting equipment! The outdoor space in the rear of the building is often used in the summertime as well. Here we have handicap accessible single stall bathrooms and showers on the first floor. There is a communal locker area as well as storage cubbies near the front desk. There is a stand-up tanning bed for All Access members. This location is a bit unique as the walls lining the rear of the building are glass garage doors, offering plenty of natural light and open air during the warm months.

Fitness Equipment

All of our gyms have a large array of free weights, pulley or cable machines, pin machines, and plated machines. The North location has a sled,10 meter green for sprint drills, and climbing ropes. Not only will you find the weight you need, but you'll have plenty of space to use them.

Our standard cardio equipment includes treadmills, Stairmasters, rowing machines, and a variety of styles for elliptical machines. Our stationary bikes are both recumbent and upright. LIFT also offers a large stock of assistive equipment such as mats, TRX bands, soft back supports, plyo boxes, boxing bags and gear, bosu balls, jump ropes and much, much more.
